Live, Work, Play At Innsbrook
The Real Deal For Dave Cummings
Dave Cummings knows what it really means to live, work and play at Innsbrook because he has been doing just that for 16 years
and still going strong. In 1994, Dave’s job relocated him from South Carolina to a headquarters location in Innsbrook along with
his wife and family, and they have been calling this home ever since.
Coming from a 10-acre home in rural South Carolina, Dave chose to live in The Cedars of Innsbrook for its charming, peaceful, wooded setting and convenient location. Just two minutes from his office in Innsbrook, Dave has the choice to walk or drive to work.
The synergy of Innsbrook has provided a strong foundation for the Cummings’ high quality of life and lifestyle. Dave and his family have enjoyed walking and biking along Innsbrook’s paved trails, and have even caught some fish from the lakes. Concert events at the Pavilion bring fond memories of family picnics shared with friends and neighbors. Dave frequents the Innsbrook Shoppes restaurants and is a regular blood donor at Virginia Blood Services. He has been an avid member of the Innsbrook Rotary Club and has participated in some of the many networking events as well. These are just a sampling of his many everyday activities that are centered around Innsbrook.
There is something special about Innsbrook with its complement of buildings set in a beautiful environment that boosts productivity and morale. With much appreciation for the careful thought and planning that went into creating Innsbrook, Dave wants to be a part of that same process as Innsbrook moves forward in exploring what is next in its future growth. As a member of The Cedars’ homeowners association, Dave has been an active participant in the “Next” creative planning sessions, providing valuable input that has an integrated perspective of live, work and play.
