He has over 35 years of experience in the Richmond real estate market, first as a consultant and then as a developer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Paul has been on the Innsbrook Owners Association Board of Directors since 1985 and is a founding member.

Sidney is one of the original developers of Innsbrook which began construction in 1979. He currently splits his time between managing his real estate and political interests. Paul has over eleven years of experience in public accounting providing tax consulting and compliance services for privately owned businesses and individuals. Paul’s focus at Keiter emphasizes flow-through taxation, including partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations, most of which are heavily concentrated in the real estate industry. Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Blaine joined Dominion in 1988 working in various real estate roles for Dominion Virginia and North Carolina Power Companies. Since 2004 he has led Dominion’s corporate real estate team. J. Ryan Lingerfelt

As one of the Principals of Lingerfelt Development, Ryan Lingerfelt has leveraged his real estate development expertise by coordinating tenants, engineers, construction and financial relationships, and developing in excess of $260 million dollars and over 2,000,000 square feet of real estate ventures. In 2011, Ryan spearheaded the acquisition of a nearly $100 million real estate portfolio of 14 buildings totaling 919,000 square feet, making Lingerfelt Development one of the largest owners of Class A commercial real estate in the Innsbrook Corporate Center and immediate areas.
