“So Much for the Patriot Act”
Since 9/11 the USA Patriot Act has effectively excluded terrorists and their networks from having access to financial and commercial banking systems all around the world. While the approach has been very effective, the Treasurer of ChildFund International will explain in simple and nontechnical language how an antiquated funding system from a thousand years ago easily evades all these protections and get around every advanced surveillance technique. Can anyone fund anyone else in the world without limits? Buckle up to learn the risk that black-market bankers pose to our economic system and the strengths and weaknesses of the procedures put in place to protect us.
