Health promotion events are held throughout the year from wellness forums to the annual Health and Wellness Fair, Innsbrook’s Biggest Loser Corporate Weight Loss Challenge, Innsbrook Blood Drive and Innsbrook Food Drive.
The Wellness Committee presents forums exploring health topics like stress, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, depression and more because education and awareness go a long way toward living a healthy lifestyle. Wellness forums are free to attend and open to the public.
The annual Innsbrook Health and Wellness Fair is a fun and educational event promoting healthy lifestyles in the Innsbrook community. The fair features vendors, exhibits and learning centers as well as refreshments and gifts, free health and wellness magazines, computerized health and wellness evaluations, nutritional products, chair massage, mind boosting tips, eye health care, free blood pressure screenings and much more.
