Rochelle Toro has 10 years of commercial real estate management
experience. She currently supports management of more than 2.5 million
square feet of leased commercial space for The Wilton Companies. Prior
to her current position, she was assistant property manager for
Highwoods Properties in Innsbrook, where she directed the daily
operations of five Owners' Associations including management of more
than 1,000 developed acres, 50 acres of lakes and several miles of
walking trails. She also managed and updated the company's local
website.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia
Commonwealth University in 2006 and has successfully managed several
public relations campaigns for the Central Virginia Food Bank and
Virginia Blood Services. She is currently chairperson for the
Innsbrook Wellness Committee and has been involved on the forefront of
the Richmond Community Church Women's Ministry.
Rochelle lives in Ashland with her husband, Jay and her two
stepsons, Weslee and Greyson. In her spare time, she likes to spend
time with family at the beach and encouraging others to be well.
