When I look back over Innsbrook’s longstanding timeline and history, the single common theme of “a place of quality” comes to mind.  Over the years, Innsbrook has defined quality and garnered a leading reputation among large-scale mixed-use office parks in the mid-Atlantic states.  Innsbrook’s commitment to quality created a place of excellence and a place to create value.

Our standard for success encompasses over 400 companies and 20,000 employees located within an 850-acre mixed-use community.  Innsbrook features three lakes totaling 37 acres enhanced by decks and fountains, five miles of paved trails, Class “A” office buildings, combined with an innovative amenities package of over 100 events each year including the Richmond Corporate Games, Innsbrook Classic Golf Tournament and Central Virginia’s longest-running mid-week concert series, Innsbrook After Hours.

Paul Kreckman meets with Partnership for Smarter Growth, walking them through Innsbrook and discussing Innsbrook Next.

Thoughtful planning has created this region’s most successful live, work, play environment which continues to attract Fortune 500s, regional headquarters, mid-sized to small firms and start-ups.  For over 25 years, Innsbrook has proven to be a business location that works consistently to maximize the success of business.  Innsbrook provides a host of business-friendly programs such as Innsbrook Executives’ Breakfast Club, Innsbiz, numerous networking events and activities bringing people and companies together to get linked in, supported and grow.

The companies that make up and define Innsbrook represent a broad spectrum of the local economy, and the 850-acre scale of Innsbrook makes it the largest employment center in the Richmond region second only to downtown.  It is home to some of the most recognized and successful companies in Central Virginia in the traditional business fields of finance, insurance, legal and professional and also has the distinction of attracting companies from biotech to health and medical services, medical diagnostics, environmental, high-tech, hospitality and education.

As the economy moves through its cycles, Innsbrook has historically been less affected than other parts of the region and has always been among the first to come out of an economic downturn.  We fully expect the pattern to repeat again as we emerge from the present economic recession and look forward to continued growth and prosperity for all our Innsbrook businesses.

As we move into our Innsbrook Next planning vision to create a vibrant, mixed-use urban center that takes Innsbrook beyond the limited workday environment into a 24/7 environment, we look forward to continued growth and prosperity for all of our Innsbrook businesses.  As in the case with many successful developments, Innsbrook is just getting started.  I am as excited about the future as I am of our past.

A location at the crossroads of I-64, I-295, U.S.  288 and U.S.  250 is significant for business positioning, access and overall efficiency.  Extensive public infrastructure, which cannot be replicated elsewhere, has given Innsbrook the premiere location for business.  Encompassing the spirit of live, work and play, we invite you to consider a successful move to Innsbrook whether as a headquarters location, office expansion or a build-to-suit.

Sincerely,
