Innsbrook Property Management Services

Property managers are the core group of professionals that work behind the scenes to keep Innsbrook’s buildings and grounds running smoothly.  Innsbrook has its own property management services team and their areas of responsibilities are listed below.

It is important to recognize that the property management team works in concert with individual building owners within the park and their property management teams to ensure the overall integrity and harmony of property management services and standards within Innsbrook Corporate Center.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
  • Administrative correspondence with the Board of Directors, Property Owners and Property Management
  • Establishment and management of vendor contracts
  • Common area maintenance including repairs to trails, bridges, walkways, picnic area, signage and landscaping
  • Maintenance of lakes and fountains
  • Monitoring and enforcement of Innsbrook Covenants
  • Property inspections and follow-up
  • Fiscal management of budget preparations (daily operations and capital expenses)
  • Administration of insurance policies
  • Liaison with Henrico County, public organizations and Innsbrook Foundation
  • Administrative preparation for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
  • Record keeping of ownership data including acreage, property management, ownership and assessments
