Snagajob Hosts Special Event: “The Great Workplace: How to Build It, How to Keep It, Why It Matters”


Who: For CEOs, Senior HR professionals, Senior company leaders


What: Dr.  Jennifer Robin, co-author of “The Great Workplace: How to Build It, How to Keep it, Why it Matters,” and Shawn Boyer, founder and CEO of Snagajob, named the No.  1 Best Company to Work For in America in 2011, will lead a discussion of what it means to be a great place to work, including the bottom-line business impact.  Robin has done extensive research into the best practices of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for in America, and Snagajob has been on the Best Companies list for the past four years.  


As part of the event, executives will have the opportunity to tour Snagajob’s new Innsbrook office.  The building includes unique elements based on the company’s core values, mission and goals.  These range from fun conference room names to inspiring artwork to a kitchen with a brew pub and even a company slide allowing “Snaggers,” – Snagajob employees – a quick exit reminiscent of their playground days.
