Since day one, Innsbrook has embraced an ongoing commitment to high-quality standards in land planning practices. The result is a park-like environment of lakes, trails and a planning vision that provides for 40% of developed land to remain natural with open areas accentuated by extensive landscaping and wildlife.
FACTS AT A GLANCE
S.F. OF OFFICE:
Within Innsbrook there are three lakes covering 37 acres. Association members and their guests are welcome to fish, picnic or just enjoy the scenery.
With approximately five miles of trails, we have a route that will fit most workout needs. The trails wind around lakes, along the roadways and through natural areas. The entire route is paved and maintained by the Innsbrook Owners Association.
- DECK AREA:
There is a spacious deck located on Lake Innsbrook with picnic tables for eating and benches to just sit and relax. Situated in a natural area, it’s a great place to enjoy lunch. This deck is available to rent for private parties for a small fee. For rental details contact the Innsbrook Director of Operations & Special Events, Mathew Turner at (804) 804-217-8804 or email@example.com
- MAILBOX/DIRECTORY AREA:
At the northwest corner of Innslake Drive and Cox Road is the mailing area. You’ll find U.S. Mail, UPS and FedEx mailing stations as well as daily newspapers. Also located here, the Innsbrook directory provides a listing of all businesses located in Innsbrook, and a map showing business locations.
