- Lakes are enhanced by
decks, bridges and fountains
Innsbrook features three lakes totaling 37 acres enhanced by decks and fountains and five miles of paved trails. The trails wind around three lakes, across bridges, past offices, along roadways and through picnic areas and natural areas. The entire route is paved for all to enjoy a smooth, even workout against a backdrop of natural, beautiful vistas and some very picturesque wildlife scenes right outside your office. On any given day you may spot red-tailed hawks, blue herons, egrets, ducks, a variety of turtles and even largemouth bass.

Within Innsbrook there are three lakes covering 37 acres. Association members and their guests are welcome to fish, picnic or just enjoy the scenery.
With approximately five miles of trails, we have a route that will fit most workout needs. The trails wind around lakes, along the roadways and through natural areas. The entire route is paved and maintained by the Innsbrook Owners Association.
There is a spacious deck located on Lake Innsbrook with picnic tables for eating and benches to just sit and relax. Situated in a natural area, it's a great place to enjoy lunch. This deck is available to rent for private parties for a small fee.

At the northwest corner of Innslake Drive and Cox Road is the mailing area. You'll find U.S. Mail, UPS and FedEx mailing stations as well as daily newspapers.
